• Please notice that printing, preparing and packing artworks takes time and effort. Check the shipping schedules for the type of artworks you are purchasing from below.

 

• EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable for any possible customs duties or delays due to them.

 

• EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out here without notice.

 

SHIPPING OF ART PRINTS

 

• Every art print is carefully made to order and takes typically 1 – 2 weeks to be made and shipped. Please notice that during busy periods there might be delays to the shipping schedule, so please allow me some extra time for delivery.

 

• Shipping costs to Finland are currently 8,99€ and to other EU countries 9,99€. Free shipping is provided for purchases of two or more art prints. The correct shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout.

 

• After your art print has been shipped, you will receive notification via email including tracking information.

 

• EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel. However if something is wrong with your item please follow the instructions of "Faulty or damaged items" below.

 

SHIPPING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

 

• Original paintings will be shipped within 14 days of your purchase unless appointed otherwise.

 

• Shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout. However please notice that shipping large items requires special arrangements that will be indicated in the description of these artworks.

 

• After your painting has been shipped you will receive notification via email including tracking information.

 

• Failure to collect your shipment in time may result in your parcel being returned to the sender. In this case all costs of resending will be charged to the purchaser. Please notice that not collecting your order is not accepted as a reason for refund.

 

• EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong print, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives in faulty or damaged condition please email your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description to info@eevamarjasaarinen.com within 48 hours of recieving your parcel.

RETURNING OF ART PRINTS

 

• Please notice that due to every art print is carefully made to order and personalized I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.

 

• EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel. However if something is wrong with your item please follow the instructions of "Faulty or damaged returns"below.

 

RETURNING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

 

• Due to EU – law the customer has a right to cancel or return his/her/their order within 14 days. In this case the original artwork must be shipped back by the customer in the same condition that he/she/them recieved it. This must be done by the same shipping method with its original packaging, full insurance and tracking. The customer is responsible for all return costs. I cannot refund a painting if it does not arrive back in it`s original condition. Please notice that the EU – law of cancelling and returning does not apply to commissioned artworks or art prints made to order.

 

• Orders for commissioned artworks can be returned in 14 days and refunded up to 40% of the artworks price. There is a 60% fee for the time, money and effort used to make your unique commissioned artwork. Check the shipping directions one step above.
